Role overview
This is a senior backend engineering opportunity based in India and listed on behalf of a partner company.
The role builds Go services for a multi-tenant control plane supporting GPU infrastructure.
The position spans backend engineering, distributed systems, security, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
The engineer will influence production architecture, reliability, scalability, and correctness.
Accountabilities
- Design and build production-grade Go microservices, including schemas, migrations, service logic, and integrations.
- Implement durable Temporal workflows with idempotency, retries, timeouts, determinism, and fault tolerance.
- Design versioned REST APIs with OpenAPI and contribute to generated multi-language SDKs.
- Build asynchronous service communication with streaming or message-broker platforms.
- Implement IAM and API gateway authentication, authorization, tenant-scoped RBAC, routing, and rate limiting.
- Extend identity provisioning with SCIM and align permissions with Kubernetes-native RBAC.
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for each feature.
- Add structured logging, metrics, audit trails, monitoring, and troubleshooting visibility.
- Package and deploy services with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
