Role Description
The Primary Teacher role is full-time and on-site in Doha, Qatar.
The teacher will support primary-aged learners through lesson delivery, classroom management, assessment, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and create engaging learning activities.
- Manage classroom routines and support student development in an inclusive environment.
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum implementation.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians and participate in staff meetings.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture.
Qualifications
- Strong teaching and elementary education skills are required.
- Experience with curriculum development is required for designing and adapting lessons and materials.
- Excellent communication skills are required for working with students, families, and colleagues.
- A relevant teaching qualification or degree in education or a related field is required.
- The ability to create inclusive, student-centered classrooms is required.
- International or multicultural school experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development is required.
