Role Description
Full-time, on-site Kindergarten Teacher role based in Doha, Qatar.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons supporting early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and emotional development.
Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment using engaging instructional methods.
Responsibilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to children and families.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum alignment and participate in school events.
- Participate in professional development activities and maintain communication with parents and guardians.
- Manage the classroom, prepare teaching materials, and follow school policies and relevant educational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in education and teaching, with experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings.
- Ability to design lesson planning and training activities that support diverse learning needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, early childhood education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification is preferred.
- International or multicultural school experience is advantageous.
- Classroom management skills, learner-centered teaching, adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and team collaboration are required.
