Job Description

  • Seeking a high performing Business Development Manager, Power Products to drive growth, expand market share, and accelerate enclosures business across Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada.
  • This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening Schneider Electric's position in the enclosure market.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute a national growth strategy to achieve and exceed sales and order targets.
  • Identify, research, and pursue new target market opportunities to increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive level decision makers, customers, and channel partners.
  • Research and develop prospective accounts throughout Central and Eastern Canada.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop high value channel partners.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Develop compelling quotes, proposals, and business cases.
  • Align customer business challenges with Schneider Electric solutions.
  • Enable and align sales teams on enclosure product line.
  • Lead and support go to market strategies.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of technical sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience with power distribution and motor control solutions (Universal Enclosures, ATS, Contactors, TeSys, Circuit Breakers).
  • Proven ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Digital fluency including AI enabled tools.
  • French fluency is a strong asset; functional French required for Quebec based candidates.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across Canada.

Pay Range

  • Expected pay range: $129,600 $172,800 per year (includes base pay and short term incentives).
