About the Role
OliOli Children's Museum seeks a Play Facilitator Intern to engage visitors and create joyful experiences for children. The intern acts as a brand ambassador, facilitating play in interactive galleries and ensuring excellent guest service.

Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for the OliOli brand; ensure every visitor's experience meets or exceeds expectations
- Treat every visitor with respect and provide friendly, courteous communication
- Provide excellent guest service and facilitate visitors' experience through proactive interaction
- Comfortably facilitate and manage exhibit spaces and components
- Collect and communicate visitor feedback and suggestions
- Follow and perform daily opening/closing protocols and procedures
- Understand OliOli's philosophy and learning objectives
- Participate in training programs to enhance visitor interaction
- Provide a safe environment for all guests, especially children
- Communicate any safety issues regarding exhibit components and adhere to policies
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, education, family learning, or retail operations is a plus
- Experience working with young children (ages 1 10) and their families in recreational settings, afterschool programs or classrooms is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with children, adults, and large groups
- Ability to work with diverse staff and visitors
- Excellent grasp of the English language; Arabic is a plus

Executive Summary

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for the OliOli brand; ensure every visitor's experience meets or exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

- Ability to work with diverse staff and visitors.

Physical Demands
- Working timings include morning and/or evening shifts; weekends and public holidays.
- Uniform/dress code required.
