Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador for the Hoppi brand; ensure each visitor's experience meets or exceeds expectations through inclusive, culturally appropriate, positive and memorable interactions
- Learn about Hoppi offerings, promotions, campaigns and events and communicate information about these with guests in an articulate and credible manner
- Treat every visitor with respect and provide friendly, courteous communication by orienting them to the building and informing them of exhibit areas and programs
- Provide excellent guest service, and facilitate visitors experience and journey through proactive and thoughtful interaction
- Contribute to a positive, team based, and visitor first centric culture
- Attend to guest queries and complaints; amicably resolve matters with any dissatisfied guests
- Collect and communicate visitors feedback and suggestions
- Recognize and report visitors trends
- Answer phone calls, respond to queries/concerns/complaints in a positive manner, and direct relevant guest inquiries to the appropriate teammate
- Sell Hoppi merchandise to visitors
Requirements
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Advanced course work or experience in customer service, family learning, or retail operations preferred
- Experience working with young children (ages 1 10) and their families in recreational settings, afterschool programs or classrooms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with children, adults, and large groups
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to work with diverse staff and visitors
- Excellent grasp of the English and Arabic language

Position Overview
- Front Desk Executive (Arabic Speaker) at Hoppi, a new play destination for families in Abu Dhabi.
- The Front Desk Executives are responsible for fulfilling Hoppi's vision of creating awesome experiences and memories for children and families.
- You will be the first point of contact, welcoming and greeting guests, and act as a Hoppi brand ambassador.

- Sell Hoppi merchandise to visitors.
- Keep an inventory of stock and front office supplies.
- Handle cash transactions between customers with various ticket sales; receive and process all payments according to standard procedures; process credit and debit card in a seamless and effective manner.
Safety / Security
- Provide a safe environment for all visitors, specifically for the children.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Hoppi.
- Assist visitors in case of an incident or an emergency situation.
- Attend training and be prepared to perform emergency procedures (i.e. fire evacuation, accident reporting, etc).
Other Responsibilities
- Working with other colleagues, proactively contribute to the success of any special events and programs designed to enhance the profile of Hoppi within the community.
- Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to the achievement of Hoppi's objectives.
