About the Role
OliOli Children's Museum is seeking a Guest Engagement Team Lead for Hoppi, a new play destination in Abu Dhabi. The role involves hands-on facilitation, coaching front-line staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service to Hoppi guests including children, parents, caretakers, and other visitors
- Model appropriate adult child interactions and exemplary customer service
- Supervise, coach and lead 1 on 1 check in meetings with front of house colleagues
- Conduct daily briefings to ensure team is well informed
- Oversee floor and program facilitation, leading activations and events
- Handle guest concerns and resolve low level conflicts
- Support onboarding of new colleagues and provide guidance to junior staff
Requirements
- Advanced experience in customer service, education, hospitality or retail operations
- Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Supervisory/leadership experience
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse staff and visitors
- Education in early childhood development is a plus

Who We Are
- OliOli Children's Museum is bringing Hoppi, a new play destination for families, to Abu Dhabi.
- Hoppi is designed for children aged 2–8, combining active physical play with hands on exhibit zones.
What This Role Is All About
- Hands on facilitation and oversight on the floor.
- Role model guest engagement and introduce ideas for enhancement.
- Train, coach and supervise front line colleagues.
- Provide impeccable service to guests.
- Model appropriate adult child interactions.
- Supervise, coach and lead 1 on 1 check in meetings.
- Conduct daily briefings.

What You'll Need to Bring
