Pest Control Supervisor

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pest control activities and field service technicians.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor pest control treatments across multiple client sites.
• Conduct inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend suitable treatment solutions.
• Ensure safe handling and application of pesticides, chemicals, and equipment in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor technician performance and service quality to ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.
• Train and mentor technicians on pest control procedures, safety practices, and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with municipality regulations, environmental guidelines, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve service-related concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate staffing, material requirements, and operational resources with management.
• Perform routine quality audits and site inspections to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, Public Health, Entomology, or a related field.
• Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Approval/Certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior technician role.
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, treatment procedures, and application equipment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, sites, and schedules effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
