- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of pest control technicians and field teams
- Plan, schedule, and monitor pest control treatments across multiple client locations
- Conduct site inspections to identify infestations and recommend appropriate treatment solutions
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and application of pesticides, chemicals, and equipment in accordance with regulations
- Monitor service quality and technician performance to ensure work is completed to company standards
- Maintain accurate treatment records, inspection reports, and operational documentation
- Train, mentor, and support technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, environmental guidelines, and workplace health and safety requirements
- Address client inquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and operational resources to ensure efficient service delivery
- Conduct routine quality inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, Public Health, Entomology, or related field
- Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Approval/Certification
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in pest control operations
- Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior technician experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, treatment procedures, pesticides, and application equipment
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and schedules effectively
- UAE experience preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Qualifications & Experience
