Pest Control Supervisor

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage pest control operations and field technicians
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate pest control treatments for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Conduct site inspections to identify pest-related issues and recommend effective treatment solutions
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and application of chemicals in accordance with safety standards and regulations
• Monitor service quality and ensure all work is completed efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate service reports, treatment records, and operational documentation
• Train, guide, and support technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with municipality regulations, environmental policies, and health & safety requirements
• Address client concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with management regarding operational updates, staffing, and material requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pest control operations
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
• Valid pest control license/certification as required by local authorities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and work efficiently under pressure
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• UAE experience is an advantage
