PECTIV is a fast-growing premium feminine care ecommerce brand in the UAE, focused on innovative sanitary and intimate care products designed for modern women.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to support and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
Role Description
This role will focus on campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and daily management of paid media channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta, Snap, TikTok, and Google campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and daily KPIs
- Launch and test new creatives and audiences
- Support CAC and ROAS optimization
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with creative and ecommerce teams
- Assist in scaling campaigns during promotions and launches
- Track ad fatigue, audience performance, and budget pacing
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in performance marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of ecommerce KPIs and customer funnels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in ecommerce or DTC brands is preferred
