Role Description

  • This role will be responsible for managing PECTIV's paid advertising channels, customer acquisition strategy, retention marketing, and customer lifetime value growth.

Customer Acquisition

  • Manage and optimize Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising campaigns.
  • Scale customer acquisition while maintaining profitable CAC targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Launch and test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures.
  • Manage advertising budgets and daily performance tracking.

Retention & CRM

  • Develop customer retention strategies across Email and WhatsApp.
  • Build and optimize customer lifecycle flows: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Checkout Recovery, Post Purchase Flows, Reorder Campaigns, Win Back Campaigns.
  • Improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
  • Support subscription growth and churn reduction initiatives.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and report key ecommerce KPIs: CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, LTV, Repeat Purchase Rate, CRM Revenue Contribution.
  • Analyze customer cohorts and retention performance.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Growth Manager and Creative Team to improve conversion performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ecommerce Performance Marketing.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Experience managing TikTok and Snapchat campaigns.
  • Understanding of ecommerce retention and CRM marketing.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar email marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data driven decision making.
  • Experience with Shopify ecommerce brands.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth targets.
