- Develop and execute PECTIV's social media strategy
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Plan daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Write engaging captions, content briefs, and content concepts
- Coordinate content shoots, UGC creators, influencers, and photographers
- Grow organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Identify trends and create timely content opportunities
- Organize weekly Instagram/TikTok Live sessions with experts
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and content partnerships
- Monitor competitor activities and social media trends
- Work closely with Creative Designer and E commerce Growth Manager for consistent brand messaging
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Experience creating content strategies for ecommerce or consumer brands
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience working with influencers and content creators
- Strong understanding of branding and community building
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive
- Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
- Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage

- The Social Media & Content Manager will develop and execute PECTIV's social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ideal for someone who understands branding, storytelling, content creation, influencer marketing, and community building.

- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Plan daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions, content briefs, and content concepts.
- Coordinate content shoots, UGC creators, influencers, and photographers.
- Grow organic reach, engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages when needed.
