- Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising campaigns
- Develop customer acquisition strategies and improve marketing efficiency
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, and conversion rates
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Manage customer retention initiatives through Email and WhatsApp marketing
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop high performing creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Monitor competitor activities, offers, and digital marketing trends
- Support Shopify conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Track and report digital marketing KPIs and growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads
- Experience working with ecommerce brands
- Understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with Shopify is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar is an advantage
- Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

Role Description
- The Performance & Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities across paid advertising, customer retention, and ecommerce growth channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising campaigns.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies and improve marketing efficiency.
