Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the corporate performance management framework aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
- Design, implement, and monitor corporate, departmental, and individual KPIs
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, business plans, and performance measures across all business units
- Coordinate the annual target setting process with department heads and business leaders
- Monitor organizational performance against approved KPIs and strategic objectives
- Prepare executive performance dashboards and weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions and improvement initiatives
- Support the implementation and monitoring of corporate strategy and strategic transformation initiatives
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and coordinate with project owners to ensure timely execution
- Conduct business performance analysis using operational and financial data to support executive decision making
- Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards and best practices
- Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, or related field
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate performance management, strategic planning, business excellence, or business performance analysis
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Previous experience within visa services, tourism, aviation, customer service, BPO, financial services, or government related organizations is highly preferred
- Proven experience in developing KPIs, executive dashboards, Balanced Scorecards, and enterprise performance management frameworks
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and corporate reporting

Position Overview

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and corporate reporting.
- Professional certifications such as Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP), KPI Professional, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CBAP are considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
