- Managing end to end payroll operations across multiple countries
- Ensuring compliance with local labour, tax and statutory requirements
- Overseeing payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations and approvals
- Managing external payroll providers and monitoring agreed service levels
- Leading payroll audits, controls, governance and year end reporting
- Driving process improvement, automation and regional standardisation
- Supporting merit, bonus, incentive and commission calculations
- Leading the regional integration of Workday with payroll vendors
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of payroll experience
- Proven responsibility for multi country or regional payroll operations
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance across relevant MEAI markets
- Experience managing outsourced payroll providers
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Workday and ADP Celergo is highly preferred
- A bachelor’s degree

Role Overview
- We are supporting a well established international consumer brand with the appointment of a Payroll Manager to oversee its multi country payroll operations across the MEAI region.
- The successful candidate will manage accurate, timely and compliant end to end payroll across the UAE, Qatar, India and South Africa, while supporting the company’s planned expansion into Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end to end payroll operations across multiple countries
- Ensuring compliance with local labour, tax and statutory requirements
- Overseeing payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations and approvals
- Managing external payroll providers and monitoring agreed service levels
- Leading payroll audits, controls, governance and year end reporting
- Driving process improvement, automation and regional standardisation

Ideal Candidate Profile
