Job Description
- Prepare and bake high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts in large volumes for the central kitchen.
- Follow recipes carefully so products meet brand standards for appearance and taste.
- Monitor ingredient levels, manage daily kitchen stock, and reduce food waste to control costs.
- Maintain strict cleanliness in the pastry section according to Dubai food safety and HACCP regulations.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of doughs, creams, and decorating.
- Strong attention to detail in plating and aesthetics.
- Relevant pastry certification or culinary degree.
