Oversee day-to-day retail operations across multiple stores.
Ensure smooth store performance, operational efficiency, and achievement of business targets.
Salary
- Salary range is AED 18,000-20,000 per month.
Store Operations
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, budgets, and operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the opening of new stores and implementation of operational processes.
People and Cross-Functional Management
- Manage and support Store Managers and retail teams.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and team development.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, HR, finance, and supply chain teams.
Inventory and Customer Experience
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and stock movement.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Drive improvements in processes, productivity, and customer experience.
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations and previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong experience managing multiple stores and large retail teams.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory, staffing, and store operations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
