Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end business operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch, and shipping
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of operational staff
- Establish performance goals, KPIs, and productivity targets for team members
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource allocation plans
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure cost effective utilization of resources
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and service vendors
