- Oversee end to end business operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch, and shipping
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams
- Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and service vendors
- Monitor and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations in UAE
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools
- Valid UAE driving license

Operations Management
- Oversee end to end business operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, dispatch, and shipping.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Establish performance goals, KPIs, and productivity targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Address operational issues and resolve team related challenges.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage operational budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure cost effective utilization of resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining standards.
- Track operational expenditures and provide recommendations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and service vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to support decision making.
- Conduct operational reviews and recommend corrective actions.
Technology & Automation
- Leverage technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain systems for inventory management, warehouse operations, and workflow tracking.
- Support digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure effective utilization of ERP and other operational management systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations management, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations in UAE.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
- Knowledge of UAE regulations, warehouse safety standards, and operational best practices is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
