Job Profile

  • The HR Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, visa processing, payroll management, employee relations, welfare, compliance, and employee documentation.
  • The role involves managing both blue collar and white collar employees in the UAE, ensuring a smooth HR operation, and promoting a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting To: Group HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source candidates through various channels like job portals, referrals, and social media. Assist in arranging interviews, assessments, and background checks. Support smooth onboarding and induction processes.
  • Employee Relations: Ensure effective communication between employees and management. Assist in monitoring and implementing disciplinary actions.
  • Performance Management: Assist in coordinating with department heads to set performance goals. Assist in launching and tracking performance appraisal cycles. Maintain records of performance ratings and PIP.
  • Training & Development: Assist in identifying training needs. Assist in organizing internal and external training programs.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll administration. Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Compliance & Legal: Stay updated on labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records. Assist in handling legal matters related to employment.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives. Assist in organizing wellness programs. Foster a positive work culture.
  • HR Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate HR records. Generate HR reports on key metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have 3–4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE end to end visa processing (MoHRE and GDRFA).
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
