Role overview

Financial responsibilities

• Maintain daily deployments in line with contractual requirements.
• Submit invoice information and client approvals within stipulated time frames.
• Monitor contract spending against budgetary lines and identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain contractual KPIs and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.

Customer responsibilities

• Coordinate internal stakeholders for new-contract mobilization.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments and clients.
• Hold regular client meetings and respond promptly to escalations and operational needs.
• Improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policy.
• Train staff in safe cleaning practices and the correct use of chemicals and equipment.

Process responsibilities

• Create work schedules aligned with the contractual scope for seamless delivery.
• Monitor and review service-level agreements monthly.
• Report contract service variations to the account manager for client review and agreement.
• Use CAFM systems and maintain accurate operational, staff, inventory, and financial records.
• Prepare management reports, maintain contract documentation, and conduct site inspections.
• Maintain a client-feedback system to improve service delivery.

Innovation

• Identify and implement technology solutions.
• Develop new cleaning methods and customized cleaning solutions.

Selection criteria

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• BICS certification is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Knowledge of computer, reporting, and CAFM systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Regular travel to client sites and occasional work outside regular business hours may be required.
