Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day operations of the recruitment delivery cycle—from receiving a job order to candidate onboarding
- Manage and maintain agency database structures and CRM/ATS tools to track recruiter productivity and pipeline metrics
- Ensure all placement and hiring operations strictly adhere to UAE Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021 and visa processing timelines
- Act as an escalation point for operational bottlenecks between clients, candidates, and internal consultants
- Set, monitor, and report weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team
- Manage general office administration, data safety protocols, internal documentation, and support senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven operational or supervisory experience strictly within a Recruitment Agency or HR Consultancy in the UAE
- Solid understanding of UAE labor frameworks, corporate licensing, and employment visa processes
- Highly proficient in handling recruitment databases, ATS/CRM systems, and corporate tools (MS Office/Excel, cPanel, or digital infrastructure)
- Strong leadership abilities, exceptional problem solving skills, and a process oriented mindset
- Flawless professional English (written and verbal)
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately or on short notice will be prioritized

- Job Type: Full time, Permanent
- The Operations Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the agency, ensuring recruitment delivery meets timelines, client contracts are managed, invoicing is tracked, and internal HR processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Supervision: Oversee day to day operations of recruitment delivery cycle
- Process Automation & CRM: Manage database structures and CRM/ATS tools
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure adherence to UAE Labor Law and visa processing timelines
- Client & Candidate Coordination: Act as escalation point for operational bottlenecks
