Role overview
The partner company is seeking an Open Source Enterprise Sales / Alliances professional based in Australia.
The role drives revenue growth and strategic technology alliances across the global open source ecosystem.
The position combines commercial leadership with knowledge of Linux, cloud technologies, and open source business models.
Accountabilities
- Drive enterprise sales and strategic alliance development across the technology industry.
- Build relationships with enterprise customers, technology partners, vendors, systems integrators, distributors, and channel organizations.
- Own sales and partnership strategies, negotiate agreements, and manage opportunities through commercial outcomes.
- Increase awareness of open source capabilities across Linux, cloud, and related technology ecosystems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies and communicate customer, partner, and market feedback internally.
- Lead executive engagements and travel for partnerships, customer meetings, and industry or company events.
Requirements
- A track record of exceeding technology-industry revenue targets and delivering commercial results is required.
