Role Overview
The partner company is seeking a Mobile Software Engineer focused on growth and experimentation.
The role combines mobile engineering with product experimentation across onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, and monetization.
The position offers significant ownership and direct exposure to product and business leadership.
Accountabilities
- Build, ship, maintain, and improve production mobile applications while balancing reliability, quality, maintainability, and speed.
- Identify friction and opportunities across key product journeys, including onboarding, activation, retention, conversion, and monetization.
- Translate user problems and product questions into practical improvements, prototypes, A/B tests, and other experiments.
- Use product and user data to define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and determine what to build or change next.
- Own problem definition, prioritization, solution design, release, measurement, and iteration.
- Collaborate with founders, product, business, mobile, backend, web, data, and analytics stakeholders.
Requirements
- Have demonstrated experience building, shipping, and supporting production mobile applications for real users.
