Role overview
ShareGate is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind marketing performance for a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
The role owns attribution, reporting, and funnel analysis and influences budget allocation, campaign strategy, and sustainable revenue growth.
This is a newly created role with significant ownership and the opportunity to build analytical foundations from the ground up.
Accountabilities
- Own marketing attribution architecture across HubSpot and HockeyStack.
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and attribution data across inbound and channel programs.
- Develop executive-ready reporting and narratives with actionable recommendations.
- Build reporting and diagnostic frameworks for campaign performance, funnel conversion, source quality, and key marketing metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and investment opportunities for marketing leadership.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, RevOps, and marketing leadership on data-driven decisions.
- Create a coherent view of attribution and marketing performance across multiple systems.
- Use AI tools, particularly Claude, to accelerate analysis and automate recurring workflows.
- Make deep-dive performance analysis part of ongoing marketing planning and decision-making.
