Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media channels for multiple brands, including scheduling posts and keeping stories active
- Create graphics and branded marketing assets using Canva, including photos and video editing
- Work with translators to ensure captions are accurate and aligned with brand tone
- Coordinate on ground story coverage at branches and capture content on shoot days
- Assist in preparing content briefs for campaigns and updating content across website, email, social media
- Support paid ads with creative assets and track campaign performance
- Take ownership of SEO tasks relating to all websites
- Maintain influencer and partnership databases and support outreach and coordination
- Support PR initiatives, community outreach, and event preparation
- Input and update leads from all channels into the CRM
- Assist with newsletters and campaign communications
- Keep campaign calendars up to date and monitor deadlines
Requirements
- 3+ years of GCC experience in marketing, PR, or social media (beauty/aesthetics/wellness preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent
- Proven record in delivering KPIs (leads, engagement, conversions)
- Skilled in Canva; familiar with Hootsuite, HubSpot, Later or similar
- Strong grasp of social media trends and content creation
- Creative design and video/photo editing skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking
- Proactive, collaborative, independent and adaptable in a fast paced environment
- Email marketing, copywriting, campaign creation and SEO

About The Role
- The Furless Group is seeking a high performing, detail oriented Marketing & PR Executive to support the growth of our brands: Furless Permanent, Furless Beauty Institute, and The Trading Corner.
- This is a hands on, execution focused role for a marketing professional who is both creative and analytical, capable of translating campaigns, content, and partnerships into measurable business results.
- The Marketing & PR Executive plays a key role in campaign execution, organic lead generation, client journey optimization, and cross functional coordination with Operations, Contact Center, and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Creation: Assist in managing social media channels, create graphics and branded assets, coordinate on ground story coverage.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Support: Prepare content briefs, update content across channels, support paid ads, take ownership of SEO tasks.
- Influencer & Partnership Support: Maintain databases, support outreach and coordination, track deliverables.
- PR & Events: Support PR initiatives, community outreach, event preparation, assist with media kits.
- Lead & CRM Support: Input and update leads into CRM, assist with newsletters and campaign communications.
- Administration & Brand Standards: Keep campaign calendars, ensure brand guidelines adherence, review branding assets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ GCC experience in marketing, PR, or social media (beauty/aesthetics/wellness preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic & English.
- Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
