Job Description
Manage end-to-end operations for an RA secured lending product.
Own operational activities across the loan lifecycle and support process efficiency improvements.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage disbursement, PDD, file receipt, and loan lifecycle operations.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
- Review processes for compliance controls.
- Manage complaints and audit exceptions through root cause analysis, resolution, and permanent fixes.
- Track T&M and TAT measurements.
- Suggest options to support collection of bank receivables.
- Diagnose and resolve system and process issues faced by the team.
- Drive projects that improve efficiency through process automation.
- Work cross-functionally to identify automation opportunities.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in any specialization.
