About the Role

- Develop relationships with museums, galleries and strategic partners
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on international exhibition projects
- Ensure the successful execution of the Gallery's exhibition programme
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Arts, Museum Studies, Cultural Management, Business or related field
- Previous experience in galleries, museums, auction houses or cultural institutions
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent English is required
- Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory
- Availability for regional and international travel

- Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is an international contemporary art gallery headquartered in Dubai, collaborating with internationally recognised artists, collectors, museums and cultural institutions across Europe, the Middle East and international markets.
- As part of our continued expansion across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, we are seeking an experienced Exhibitions Manager to lead the planning and delivery of exhibitions, cultural initiatives and international art projects while strengthening the Gallery's regional presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions from concept to installation.
- Manage exhibition schedules, logistics and artwork transportation.
- Coordinate with artists, curators, collectors and cultural institutions.
- Support participation in international art fairs and cultural events.
- Oversee installation teams and exhibition timelines.
- Develop relationships with museums, galleries and strategic partners.

- Ensure the successful execution of the Gallery's exhibition programme.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Arts, Museum Studies, Cultural Management, Business or a related field.
