Job Overview
Manager role focused on liability operations, customer onboarding, and processing customer instructions.
Responsibilities
- Execute operations with understanding of KYC, AML, and negative list guidelines.
- Manage volumes to ensure higher productivity and maintain process and compliance controls.
- Meet customer deliverables according to SLA and improve customer delivery consistency.
- Resolve customer complaints within TAT and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Review vendors for optimum productivity.
- File regular returns and MIS on time.
- Improve TAT and first-time-right performance.
- Support clean-up operations and ensure prospective good data enters the system.
- Perform judgmental activities at the CPC with thorough process knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience.
