About the Role
ADNOC Distribution seeks a Manager for HSE Technical (Risk, Emergency & BCM) to lead emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity plans. The role involves managing technical risks, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and UAE regulations.

Responsibilities
- Ensure and monitor the development and implementation of crisis and emergency plans for the company
- Safeguard critical business functions and ensure operational resilience by preparing for and effectively responding to emergencies
- Develop long term strategic objectives and key performance indicators related to Crisis Management and Emergency Response
- Ensure enhancement of emergency communication means for effective flow of information
- Monitor and ensure delivery of key emergency exercises and training to identified role players
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards for company expansion projects
- Provide guidance and support to management to ensure compliance with ADNOC BC standards and establish a robust BCM program
- Establish and communicate BC Policy and Objectives that are measurable and consistent with organizational goals
- Ensure proper allocation of appropriate team resources for the BCM Program
- Monitor implementation of BC exercises and testing of BC plans to confirm effectiveness
- Ensure systematic examination and screening of Fire and Life Safety Systems
- Ensure comprehensive risk identification and assessment to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field
- 12 years' experience in health and safety, environmental or a similar role
- At least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Knowledge of HSE ADNOC standards, UAE life and fire code, ISO and all relevant guidelines
- Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field
- 12 years’ experience in health and safety, environmental or a similar role, including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Knowledge of HSE ADNOC standards, UAE life and fire code, ISO and all relevant guidelines
- Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
