Job Purpose

  • Own and drive the end-to-end Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) for Red Sea Global s (RSG) Residential Development division.
  • This role is the single point of accountability for CRM strategy, platform architecture, automation, data integrity, and user adoption.
  • The Manager leads a team of CRM specialists and administrators, translates business objectives into scalable technical solutions, and ensures the platform delivers actionable insights that accelerate sales performance and elevate the buyer experience.
  • The ideal candidate is an elite-level Salesforce professional who combines deep technical mastery with strong leadership and a relentless drive for operational excellence.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the CRM strategy for Residential Development, ensuring Salesforce architecture supports current operations and scales with future growth across all RSG destinations.
  • Architect and govern the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud), including object model design, automation frameworks, integration architecture, and security controls.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the CRM team, setting clear KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and building a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Own the Salesforce governance framework: change management process, release calendar, impact assessments, version control for buyer journeys and workflows, and CRM change log.
  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales velocity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Drive user adoption across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams through structured training programs, playbooks, and ongoing enablement initiatives to maximize platform ROI.
  • Ensure data integrity at scale: design and enforce data governance policies, de-duplication strategies, validation rules, and automated data quality monitoring.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage third-party integrations, AppExchange solutions, and vendor relationships to extend platform capabilities while maintaining system stability.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Marketing leadership to translate business requirements into optimized CRM workflows, automations (Flow, Process Builder), and buyer journey configurations.
  • Establish and monitor CRM compliance standards, track non-compliance by users, produce regular data accuracy reports, and present system health and adoption metrics to senior management.

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Provide input to the Department s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, in alignment with RSG s vision and mission.
  • Develop the Section or Unit s objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring implementation meets performance targets.
  • Contribute to the Section or Unit s budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures; oversee performance and KPI communication.
  • Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.
