- Manage Downstream Directorate and Group Company's resource movement
- Oversee and coordinate Downstream Organizational Movement
- Responsible for change process introduction and maintaining organizational culture
- Manage effective communication process with Directorates and Group Companies
- Ensure development of procedures for People Progression and Development
- Review, amend and endorse organizational/manpower changes
- Support Downstream Management events related matters
- Liaise with Downstream Group Companies and Concession holders for event participation
- Ensure business process in place to improve performance of Downstream Planning Business Support Team
- Advise Downstream Management on trends/potential areas of concern
- Liaise with Company's External Auditors upon Management directives
- Guide, direct and supervise subordinates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- 7 years of experience in a managerial capacity
- Experience in leading complex process innovation initiatives and large scale change management

Job Purpose

- Provide guidance, strategic direction, ensure communication flows, establish performance standards.
