About the Role
ADNOC Distribution seeks a Lubricants Operations Team Leader to plan and supervise blending and filling operations at toll blending companies. You will coordinate production schedules, manage base oil storage and distribution, and oversee in-house production of ADNOC Blue.

Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise blending and filling operations under toll blending companies for production of lubricants, greases, and specialty oils.
- Coordinate with toll blending companies to ensure smooth and timely production as per schedules.
- Manage receipt of base oil and additives, and delivery of bulk finished lubricants.
- Maintain and update ISO 9001 quality assurance documentation for Lube, Grease and Chemical production plant.
- Manage storage and distribution operations of GRP III Base oils.
- Lead in house production operations of ADNOC Blue.
- Oversee inventory control and reconciliation of base oils and additives.
- Monitor budget and review manpower and operating expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Lube/Grease and Speciality Oil production
- 6 years in managerial role

Job Purpose
- To plan and supervise blending and filling operations under Toll blending companies related to production of lubricants, greases, specialty oils etc.
- Coordinate with toll blending companies to ensure smooth and timely production as per schedules.
- Manage storage and distribution operations of GRP III Base oils and in house production of ADNOC Blue.
Key Accountabilities
- Assists blending companies in organizing blending and filling schedules using weekly production programmes.
- Coordinates with blending companies to prepare daily lube and grease blending & filling program.
- Prepares monthly COGS for lubricants and greases.
- Oversees daily lube blending and grease manufacturing operations and bulk deliveries.
- Arranges issuance of raw materials and packing materials from stores.
- Ensures correct formulation is used for lube blending and grease manufacturing.
- Supervises withdrawal of samples and coordinates with laboratory for quality testing.
- Leads GRP III base oils terminal activities.
- Manages in house production operations of ADNOC BLUE.
- Coordinates for re blending of slow moving lube grades.
- Oversees daily/weekly/monthly dip taking of base oils and additives storage tanks.
- Arranges and oversees receipt, sampling and discharge of bulk liquid additives.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in Lube/Grease and Speciality Oil production, including 6 years in managerial role.
