General Duties And Responsibilities
- Guard and protect all Hotel property, car parking, information, documentation, material, building, and equipment from unauthorized access, theft or sabotage.
- Develop, maintain and document a training plan.
- Respond to and provide assistance to PROPERTY LOSS PREVENTION corporate security, employees, visitors and emergency response personnel.
- Collaborate with PROPERTY LOSS PREVENTION security and assist law enforcement agencies.
- Assist in inquiries related to losses and thefts.
- Assist in big events and festivals.
SECURITY SYSTEMS MONITORING AND RESPONSE
- Respond to all alarm conditions.
- Monitor fire protection system and ensure fire department access.
- Monitor building and car parks conditions and alarm systems.
- Monitor CCTV and inspect monitors using checklist.
- Monitor command center and issue visitor passes.
- Inspect fire suppression system and fire extinguishers daily.
ACCESS/EGRESS/PATROLLING
- Enforce all access control procedures.
- Enforce control Gate Pass over removal of property.
- Report incidents of unauthorized access.
- Conduct routine and random patrols.
- Conduct perimeter patrol using guard tour system.
- Assist guests/visitors and act as customer service.
- Inspect all site buildings after closing hours.
- Detect trespassers in restricted areas.
- Hand out day passes to visitors.
- Check ID as instructed.
- Monitor deliveries and suppliers.
- Admit only authorized personnel.
Qualifications
- With pleasing personality.
- With good English communication skills (verbally and written).
- With 1 5 years of experience on the same field.
