Logistics Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations across the business.
• Manage three to four warehouses covering receiving, storage, inventory, picking, loading, dispatch, and stock control.
• Plan deliveries, optimise routes and fleet utilisation, and manage transporters and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor OTIF, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, fleet utilisation, fulfilment, and logistics costs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Finance to maintain product availability.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO stock rotation, warehouse SOPs, operational controls, safety standards, and process improvements.
• Lead warehouse and logistics teams, manage budgets, monitor operating costs, and prepare performance reports.

Candidate Profile

• 8–15 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Strong experience in FMCG, food and beverage, food manufacturing, beverages, bottled water, dairy, or similar industries.
• Proven experience managing multiple warehouses, ideally three or more locations.
• Experience managing internal logistics teams and external transport or 3PL partners.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and logistics management systems.
• Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, problem-solving, people-management, and leadership capabilities.
• High-volume, fast-moving distribution experience is preferred.
• Candidates based in Qatar or Doha, or with relevant GCC experience, are preferred.
• Bottled-water industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
