Role Overview
Lead and manage finance operations across one assigned process tower: R2R, P2P, or O2C.
Ensure accurate, timely, efficient, and controlled process delivery for an FMCG client.
Lead the relevant team and work with internal stakeholders on end-to-end service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transactions and service delivery against KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Plan workloads, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and capability development.
- Drive standardization, simplification, continuous improvement, automation, and digitization.
- Maintain policies, procedures, controls, governance, documentation, reconciliations, and approvals.
- Resolve process issues through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support period-end activities, audits, transitions, system changes, and transformation initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Candidate Profile
- CA, inter-CA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent qualification with 5–8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
- Strong experience in one or more of R2R, P2P, or O2C with end-to-end process ownership.
