About the Role

Responsibilities
- Facilitate the organization of MHE mobilization and demobilization, including operators
- Monitor and coordinate on site deployment schedules to ensure equipment availability aligns with project requirements
- Collaborate with drivers, site supervisors, and transport teams to ensure operational timeliness
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, operational hours, and fuel consumption as needed
- Ensure all deployed equipment meets ADNOC standards and certifications
- Assist in monitoring training, CICPA, PTW, and safety certifications for operators and equipment
- Keep comprehensive and up to date records of all documentation, including third party certifications and inspection logs
- Act as a key liaison between end users, internal teams, and site management for effective communication
- Document daily activity logs and equipment breakdown reports
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily, weekly, ad hoc) on operational status and compliance
- Adhere strictly to ADNOC HSE policies and company safety guidelines
- Promptly report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment malfunctions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related field
- 2 to 3 years experience in offshore operations
- Familiarity with equipment such as cranes, forklifts, telehandlers, and trailers
- Basic understanding of equipment certification and site requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization/Coordination skills
- Time management and adaptability
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Qualifications & Characteristics
- Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
- Work Experience – 2 to 3 years experience in offshore operations.
