Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the site operations team.
- Coordinate the efficient and safe operation of the yard.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of yard activities.
- Ensure team availability for operations.
- Update daily operational reports and send activity reports to the manager.
- Ensure the team follows safety rules and regulations.
- Manage tasks in hand, completion dates, and work in progress.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager to meet business needs.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Two years of experience in the logistics industry is required.
Skills and Characteristics
- Strong spoken and written communication skills are required.
- Planning and team management skills are required.
- Organization and problem-solving skills are required.
- The candidate should be able to work independently and remain results oriented.
- Bilingual ability is preferred.
