Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly personalized welcome experience in the lobby
- Greet residents, family members, and visitors with genuine care and professionalism
- Work in partnership with the Doorman and Concierge team to fulfill resident requests
- Support arrivals and departures through luggage assistance, resident deliveries, and thoughtful recognition
- Ensure effective communication and shift handovers, and maintain knowledge of residence policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1 2 years experience in a similar role or within a luxury hotel or branded residential environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warm personality and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and support physically active tasks such as luggage handling
- English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage

What You'll Do
- Deliver a warm, polished, and highly personalized welcome experience in the lobby of AVA at Palm Jumeirah
- Work in close partnership with the Doorman and Concierge team to ensure all resident requests are fulfilled seamlessly
- Support arrivals and departures through luggage assistance, resident deliveries, and thoughtful recognition
- Remain attentive, well presented, and service focused throughout the shift
- Ensure effective communication and shift handovers, and maintain full knowledge of residence policies, procedures, and facilities

- Talent for creating unforgettable first impressions and multitasking gracefully
- 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role or within a luxury hotel or branded residential environment
