Role Overview
The Linen Runner supports housekeeping operations at Park Rotana and Park Arjaan Abu Dhabi.
The role performs daily linen room and guest support duties as assigned by supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Collect dirty linen from pantries and deliver it to the laundry.
- Collect clean linen from the laundry and distribute it to pantries.
- Respond to guest requests for irons, ironing boards, dental kits, and similar items.
- Deliver and collect extra beds from guest rooms.
- Collect guest supplies and water bottles from general stores and place them in Housekeeping areas and pantries.
- Report maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
- Report misuse of Food and Beverage linen and uniforms to the Linen Supervisor.
- Keep the linen room clean and tidy.
- Carry out special duties assigned by superiors.
Education and Experience
- Vocational training in housekeeping is expected.
- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department is expected.
- A good command of English and good interpersonal ability are essential.
- Computer knowledge is an advantage.
