Role Overview
IMEP Engineering & Contracting is seeking an experienced Light & Heavy Vehicle Driver / Equipment Operator.
The role requires independent work with minimum supervision and a responsible, proactive approach to project requirements.
The successful candidate should be able to assess situations, take initiative, and complete tasks safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate light and heavy vehicles and assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
- Transport materials, tools, equipment, and personnel to and from project sites as required.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment daily and report defects or maintenance needs immediately.
- Support site activities and ensure vehicles and equipment are available when required.
- Follow project schedules, site instructions, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, workers, and other project personnel.
- Protect company vehicles, equipment, materials, and resources.
Candidate Requirements
- UAE/GCC driving and work experience is required.
- A valid UAE driving license appropriate to the vehicle category is required.
- Experience operating relevant heavy vehicles or equipment is required.
- The candidate must be available to join immediately.
- The candidate must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong safety awareness, communication, coordination, reliability, and flexibility are required.

- Work location is in person.
- The role supports project sites and requires attention to site requirements.
