About the Role
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Lifeguard for Banana Island Resort Doha to ensure guest and associate safety in swimming areas. Responsibilities include setting up safety equipment, responding to emergencies, and performing other duties.

Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of guests and associates within the designated swimming areas during posted business hours
- Possess Life Guard certification and be authorized to conduct AR and CPR
- Ensure set up of safety equipment at the pool including life saving floatation devices, correct flag, first aid kit, posting of business hours, depth of the pool, water & air temperatures
- Respond to any emergency within the hotel, resort swimming areas including ensuring rescue boat is available at all times
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Lifeguard Certification
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field
- Good English communication skills
- Pleasing personality
- Ability to handle pressure at work
- Ability to multi task

Overview
- Minor Hotels is an international hotel owner, operator and investor, currently with a diverse portfolio of over 530 properties.
- Ensures safety of guests and associates within the designated swimming areas during the posted business hours.

Responsibilities
- Ensures safety of guests and associates within the designated swimming areas during the posted business hours.

- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- With Lifeguard Certification and with 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
- With good English communication skills.
- With pleasing personality.
- Ability to handle pressure at work.
- Ability to multi task.
