About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle from onboarding to engagement to retention to win back.
- Build Mahally's Braze journeys from the ground up: flows, canvases, triggers across email, WhatsApp, push, SMS.
- Perform behavioral segmentation on purchase history, category affinity, recency, engagement.
- Translate business goals into targeting logic, segmentation, and dynamic personalized content.
- Conduct A/B testing as a discipline: hypothesis, test, learn, iterate, scale.
- Drive retention and LTV as north star metrics: reduce churn, lift repeat rate, grow LTV.
- Own CRM reporting end to end: daily, weekly, monthly on every KPI that matters.
- Partner with Category Manager on product and offer lists that power campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Retention Marketing within e commerce, marketplace, or consumer technology
- Hands on experience with Braze or comparable enterprise marketing automation platform
- Proficient in SQL with hands on experience writing queries
- Demonstrated experience creating behavioral customer segments and personalized campaigns
- Proficient in BI and reporting tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written

Requirements
- 4+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Retention Marketing in e commerce, marketplace, or consumer tech.
- Hands on experience with Braze or comparable platform (Iterable, MoEngage, CleverTap, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience creating behavioral customer segments and personalized campaigns.
- Proficient in BI tools: Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
