Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and grow a core team of solutions engineers and technical leads
- Coordinate on demand technical squads from other engineering units for project requirements
- Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards for project delivery
- Own technical execution of premium contracts, overseeing scoping, estimation, and delivery
- Enforce SLAs for custom deliverables and track milestone completion
- Act as senior technical point of contact for premium accounts
- Lead technical coordination for new Class A merchants to ensure accelerated time to value
- Serve as central bridge between merchant, internal engineering squads, and customer support
- Develop engineering frameworks for scalable customization without technical debt
- Partner with Sales team during pre sales process for high value prospects
Requirements
- Experience managing engineering teams
- Strong technical background in software engineering
- Experience delivering custom enterprise grade services
- Ability to act as a bridge between technical delivery and client management

Role Overview
- Looking for a commercially aware and technically strong Engineering Manager to lead the Enterprise Solutions team.
- Manage engineers who design, build, and deliver custom enterprise grade services from bespoke themes to complex integrations.
- Act as bridge between technical delivery and high level client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Delivery Management: Hire, coach, and grow a core team; coordinate on demand technical squads; establish delivery standards; contribute to service catalog.
- Enterprise Services & Custom Solutions Delivery: Own technical execution of premium contracts; enforce SLAs; act as senior technical point of contact.
- Enterprise Onboarding & Technical Implementation: Lead technical coordination for new Class A merchants; serve as central bridge; orchestrate ad hoc teams.
- Scalable Customization & Market Adaptation: Develop engineering frameworks; support adaptation to international markets.
- Client Success & Pre Sales Support: Partner with Sales during pre sales; ensure quality drives retention.
