Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and grow a core team of solutions engineers and technical leads
- Coordinate on demand technical squads for specific project requirements
- Establish and enforce rigorous engineering standards for project delivery
- Own technical execution of premium contracts including scoping, estimation, and delivery
- Enforce SLAs for custom deliverables and track milestone completion
- Act as senior technical point of contact for premium accounts
- Lead technical coordination for new Class A merchants to accelerate time to value
- Serve as central bridge between merchant, engineering squads, and customer support
- Develop engineering frameworks for scalable customization without technical debt
- Support adaptation of enterprise service offerings to international markets
- Partner with Sales team during pre sales process for high value prospects
- Ensure quality of technical delivery fosters long term loyalty among premium merchants
Requirements
- 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, or Professional Services
- 2+ years managing engineering or technical delivery teams serving Enterprise/B2B clients
- Strong understanding of e commerce architectures (Headless, API first), integrations (ERPs, CRM), and web technologies
- Proven experience managing complex, multi stakeholder projects with strict deadlines
- Exceptional communication and client expectation management skills

Role Overview
- Seeking a commercially aware and technically strong Engineering Manager to lead Enterprise Solutions team.
- Manage engineers designing, building, and delivering custom enterprise grade services.
- Act as bridge between technical delivery and high level client management.
- Own delivery of premium technical services and technical execution of enterprise merchant onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Delivery Management: Hire, coach, and grow core team; coordinate on demand squads; establish delivery standards; contribute to service catalog.
- Enterprise Services & Custom Solutions Delivery: Own technical execution of premium contracts; enforce SLAs; act as senior technical contact.
- Enterprise Onboarding & Technical Implementation: Lead technical coordination for new Class A merchants; cross functional coordination; dynamic resource allocation.
- Scalable Customization & Market Adaptation: Develop customization frameworks; support regional enterprise needs.
- Client Success & Pre Sales Support: Partner with Sales for pre sales; ensure quality drives retention.
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Software Engineering, or Professional Services.
- 2+ years managing engineering or technical delivery teams serving Enterprise/B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of e commerce architectures (Headless, API first), integrations (ERPs, CRM), and web technologies.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi stakeholder projects with strict deadlines.
