Role Overview
A partner company is seeking a Lead Software Engineer, AI Enablement based in the United States.
The role helps teams turn AI into practical improvements to everyday workflows.
The position combines technical leadership, product thinking, coaching, and hands-on collaboration across business and engineering teams.
The work connects AI platform development with product engineering, data, security, and business priorities.
Accountabilities
- Manage a quarterly portfolio of embedded AI enablement engagements and prioritize high-leverage opportunities.
- Guide initiatives from workflow discovery through requirements, delivery, adoption, and reusable platform improvements.
- Turn successful engagements into scalable capabilities, playbooks, adoption patterns, and repeatable practices.
- Coordinate AI Platform, product engineering, data, security, and business stakeholders around shared investments.
- Lead and coach engineers while protecting capacity for high-impact work.
- Make complex AI concepts understandable and create shared context around priorities and decisions.
- Track engagement outcomes, adoption progress, blockers, and next steps for stakeholders and leadership.
- Balance multiple initiatives and dependencies while maintaining focus on high-impact work.
