Role overview
Lead product strategy for reporting, analytics, and ROI capabilities used by frontline teams and enterprise stakeholders.
Translate operational data into clear, actionable business insights and help customers quantify platform value.
Balance simplicity for mid-market users with the depth and flexibility required by enterprise organizations.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, sales, and go-to-market teams on customer experiences and business outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Own reporting capabilities end to end using customer research, data, competitive intelligence, and market analysis.
- Expand reporting and analytics products from frontline use cases to operations, finance, EHS, and enterprise audiences.
- Own the product-level ROI narrative and build capabilities tied to customer North Star metrics.
- Drive a roadmap balancing major innovations with smaller improvements that increase product value.
- Partner with sales on strategic opportunities, translate complex capabilities for senior buyers, and support large deal closures.
- Lead designers and engineers around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap with measurable KPIs.
- Navigate dependencies across data, infrastructure, and platform teams while maintaining customer focus.
