Location and Work Environment
- This position is based at Lowe's on-site office in Bengaluru.
- The office includes collaborative workspaces, technology facilities, an on-site gym, and an on-site clinic.
Your Impact
Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large, cross-functional, or highly complex products spanning multiple product groups.
Manage product backlogs, prioritize work, make product decisions, identify projects, and develop go-to-market strategies with business partners.
What You Will Do
- Drive product or product-suite success through the lifecycle and establish standards for usable, viable, and feasible products.
- Define product vision, long-term plans, objectives, and key results with product teams and business partners.
- Create quarterly roadmaps, milestones, success measures, and product plans across cross-domain dependencies.
- Lead journey mapping across domains to clarify product separation and maintain holistic end-user workflows.
- Monitor technology trends and drive innovation, reuse, experimentation, and user-adoption validation.
- Lead cross-functional execution and delivery for large or complicated products with high autonomy.
- Drive prioritization and communicate user value delivery against the roadmap.
- Influence strategic direction and engineering priorities for significant products or product suites.
- Use product marketing to build product understanding and develop product-market-fit strategies.
- Define analytics objectives, data requirements, metrics, and monitoring for product health and business impact.
- Use data, competitive products, and industry trends to set product plans and priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience where applicable.
- 7 years of experience in at least two relevant areas, including project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
- 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
- Experience in an Agile software environment, product marketing proficiency, and strong writing ability.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions or deliverables.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources.
- CSPO certification.
