Role overview
Lead technical architecture for enterprise cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and AI-enabled platforms.
Shape technology strategy, engineering standards, modern delivery practices, and enterprise platform adoption.
Combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, governance, stakeholder engagement, and capability development.
Accountabilities
- Provide architectural authority for the design, governance, evolution, and adoption of enterprise platforms.
- Align architecture and engineering decisions with enterprise architecture, security, transformation objectives, and operational needs.
- Establish DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and platform engineering standards.
- Guide responsible AI adoption and AI-assisted engineering across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Drive modernisation through microservices, containerisation, enterprise integration, and reusable architectural patterns.
- Direct platform engineering, automation, reliability, security by design, and operational excellence.
- Mentor teams, transfer knowledge, coach engineers, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders on practical technology outcomes.
